RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

1. Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

3. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if necessary.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Package the item securely and include the return authorization form.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided in the return authorization.

4. Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover 100% of the return shipping fees. A shipping label will be provided by Merchlist for this.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service. We will arrange for the return of the original item and shipment of the replacement. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
